created 30+ variations for bearpot as it loved to dress up
europe's developer-focused (or tech-focused depending on the year) job platform
honeypot?: no no, not what you think. honeypot was a developer-focused job platform, linking screened tech talent with screened companies. plot twist! in this job platform companies applied to the talent (not the other way around) with salary and tech stack upfront.
role: as the sole brand designer of the company i was given the important and dangerous mission of improving, scaling and being the guardian of the honeypot and its related brands.
audience: tech professionals, specifically software developers and companies looking to hire them.
tools: adobe creative cloud products (various tasks), figma (product tasks)

i provided the team with 5 different business card designs, featuring five versions of the mascot's face, to choose from. also created the accompanying email signature and linkedin cover visuals, with the same facial expressions, to offer the team a full online-to-offline 'individual honeypot branding' experience.

as bearpot, honeypot's mascot, was adored by both developers and b2b partners we turned many of our print collaterals into bearpot collectibles. whether it was stickers, pins or business cards, bearpot was on it in different forms.
we, of course, also used bearpot heavily in all our marketing communications. bearpot, cosplaying based on local culture or pop-culture references, travelled around europe thanks to our ooh campaigns in austria, the netherlands, spain and of course, its home, germany.
i started working on incorporating the core values of honeypot (curiosity, grit and empathy) onto the office walls but, unfortunately, the whole world went into wfh mode couple weeks into the project.
